About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team in the University’s Academic Registry Office. This varied and interesting role will involve completing a range of tasks:
* Providing advice to our HE students through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems.
* Updating web-based student guidance.
* Responsibilities for maintaining our student records and providing support with the production of student assessments.
* Responding to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.
About You
* Experience of working within a busy administrative role.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Word and Excel.
* Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure.
* Attention to detail and desire to ensure accuracy.
* Ability to work well in a team and without close supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels.
