Sales Growth: Upsell products and identify new business opportunities.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage client meetings effectively.
Cost Analysis: Understand costing and margins to optimize profitability.
Business Analytics: Utilize business analytics to drive strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Either 1-2 years in inside sales (must be pharma/ healthcare) or any technical work experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
Personality: Outgoing, confident, and proactive.
Skills: Agile, accountable, and astute in a meeting setting.
Support: Work with a dedicated sales coordination team for administrative tasks.
Presence: Must be happy to assume a fully onsite based role in Swindon.
