A National Account Executive who can demonstrate and has proven experience of supporting the growth and retention of an existing customer base through effective partnerships. An individual who can build strong relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally The ability to own, analyze and resolve the challenges presented with servicing the customer An individual with experience of delivering excellent value-added service to the customer An individual who has the flare and a passion to delight the customer. The Role Work alongside the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) to develop our largest Fresh direct delivered customers. In line with the overall UK strategy - take ownership of a portfolio of brands within this customer & support the SNAM, gain new business across the complete estate. Nurture existing business streams, and work collaboratively with both head offices’ and field-based teams to unlock new opportunities together Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities To build excellent working relationships with key customers, developing loyalty and trust Providing pricing requests and managing the customer’s ABL with excellent attention to detail Be the first point of escalation with the customer for issues Management of product substitutions directly with the customer, including ABL management, informing customer and providing an expected resolution date Daily Red X report to highlight red crosses and arrange appropriate subs Opening of new accounts our ERP system Arranging of samples deliveries Help maintain the growth opportunities within your account portfolio Attend customer meetings Liaise with Supply Chain to provide up to date forecasts and menu insight Use Supply Chain service reports to identify and investigate problems at unit level Processing of Nominated Lines Management of Forecasting and Waste Accurate completion of weekly and monthly administration Knowledge, Skills, Experience Essential: Attention to detail Builds excellent customer and team relationships Enthusiastic with a can do attitude Analytical thinking Strong communication skills with internal (Depots and Ashford) and external contacts (customer) Excellent IT skills, with in-depth knowledge of Excel and Pivot Tables Organised, Self-motivated and influential At Fresh Direct everyone is welcome.
