Job Title: Branch Manager - Renewable
Location: East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)

Our partner is a leading distributor in the renewable technology sector, specialising in supplying cutting edge solutions such as Solar PV panels, Battery storage systems, and energy-efficient technologies.
Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving growth, and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or renewable wholesale and experience in successfully managing a branch or similar business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the operational, financial, and commercial aspects of the branch, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Drive sales, improve profitability, and implement strategies for sustained growth.
3. Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners within the renewable sectors.
5. Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
6. Ensure efficient inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
7. Ensure all operations meet health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Must have proven experience in electrical or renewable technology wholesale, ideally with a focus on photovoltaic systems and energy storage.
2. MUST have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing a branch, with demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding targets.
3. Strong knowledge of the electrical/renewable supply chain and industry trends.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Commercially astute with a strong understanding of profit and loss, financial reports, and budgeting.
6. Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and build partnerships.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
