An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Service Co-ordinator. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and will be paying an annual salary of between £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
As the Service Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Service/Installations Manager & Supervisor.
2. Answering the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly and handle all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality.
3. Monitor the Service email inbox and deal with any enquiries.
4. Ensure all service calls are logged promptly onto the customer-based systems.
5. Arrange for Sub-contractors to attend calls and raise purchase orders.
6. Update Engineers assigned calls daily and report any calls that need further works to Service Manager/Supervisor.
7. Update customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery of kit/parts.

The successful Service Co-ordinator will have the following related skills / experience:
1. Must be pro-active and show ability to resolve issues and find solutions.
2. Good administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Experience of working within a busy customer service role.
4. Effective communication both oral and written.
5. Full PC literacy on Microsoft software packages.
6. Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team.
7. A car driver is essential for this position due to the office location.
