Reed Accountancy & Finance are on the lookout for a proactive Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic finance team on a temporary basis in Folkestone. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department.
Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:
* Processing and managing invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
* Assisting with the maintenance of accounts receivable and payable.
* Conducting bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Updating and managing financial databases and spreadsheets.
* Providing administrative support to the finance team.
* Handling financial queries and liaising with clients and suppliers.
* Aiding in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Accounts Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an Accounts Administrator role or a similar capacity.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
* Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required.
