Join Richmond Music Trust as an Operations & Events Administrator for a 9-month maternity cover (0.8 FTE / 28.8 hours) at SCP 14 £29,146 (£23,317 pro rata, includes OLA).
This role is ideal for a hardworking and ambitious individual, perhaps a recent graduate, who wants to work within a successful organisation.
Main duties include:
* Scheduling and support for 80 instrumental teachers
* Dealing with enquiries from parents, teachers, and schools
* Assisting with the invoicing process
* Supporting administration across several departments
* Organising and administering large-scale events
The successful candidate will be highly literate and numerate with IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Richmond Music Trust is a registered charity that provides instrumental tuition in schools to over 5000 students each week and runs weekly orchestras and bands for all abilities at our music centres.
This role requires a limited amount of contact with children and young people, and the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
