In support of our continued growth journey, we are looking for a Technical Architect with a strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform and a passion for client contact. You understand the nuts and bolts of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, and you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach their goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in the client’s board room as well as in front of a whiteboard with your teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 CE using:
* Plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
* Development frameworks such as .NET and C#.
* Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Data Lake.
* Strong understanding of Dataverse and data modeling.
* Familiarity with integration tools.
1. Client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage a roadmap with associated activities.
2. Experience consulting with clients on complex projects, including technology leadership roles.
3. Experience working with global teams, including off- and near-shore, on Dynamics 365 CE implementation and maintenance projects, is preferred but not required.
4. Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade solution teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
2. As a Technical Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, you will be a thought leader in solutions for customer engagement including Marketing & Sales, Customer Service, and/or Contact Center and Field Service, and you will be part of large-scale, complex D365 CE implementations.
3. Work with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent client interaction and solution delivery.
4. Ensure offshore and nearshore resources are utilized and leveraged appropriately.
5. Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to client success and business productivity.
