Kinetic PLC are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join the logistics team at a new advanced manufacturing facility, based within the Deeside area, CH5.
As our client expands with a new state-of-the-art facility, we are seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator to join the team. This role is critical in carrying out administrative duties covering for areas such as, Production Planning, Purchasing and Transport.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES and ACTIVITIES
*Generate regular reports on planning performance, highlighting deviations from schedules and recommending corrective actions.
*Create, track, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any issues that arise in the procurement process.
*Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
*Work closely with the warehouse, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
*Create Tours for all finished goods loading's out
*Assist the logistics team with administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and maintaining daily logs.
*Provide holiday cover for Planning, Purchasing and Transport areas.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
*A Level equivalent
