Customer Team Member
Location: 73 Leeds Road, Harrogate, HG2 8BE
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (from 6am) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery.
Full, paid training provided.
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first in everything you do.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures accurate.
* Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with your colleagues.
* Get involved in all kinds of activities and events to support your local community.
