Key Responsibilities Oversee the electrical assembly process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines. Provide technical guidance and support to the assembly team, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Plan and allocate work effectively, maximising the use of available resources. Coordinate with production management, engineering, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Maintain stock levels for electrical components, managing procurement and replenishment as required. Experience / Qualifications NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, HNC would be an advantage.
