Job Description We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our business and take responsibility for several important functions in this interesting and varied role. The business is at a very exciting stage as we develop and commercialise the technology internationally. We’re seeking a talented and flexible administrator to deliver comprehensive support to the business with a broad range of contributions including: Diary and administrative support for the exec management team Collating and distributing information for internal and external stakeholders Supporting expenses, purchase order and other financial processing alongside the TTP Group Finance Team Organising and attending board meetings, including minute taking Coordinating office space and resources as the company expands Provide administrative support to our Quality Manager in maintaining our Quality Management System General administrative support and travel arrangements across the team Organising off-site events
