About the Role Location: South SARC's - covering Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Thames Valley Base Location will be the closet SARC. The role of Operations Lead is critical in providing victims of sexual assault with the dedicated support and care required. We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team and help ensure that SARC patients receive the comprehensive assistance needed, as well as promoting and delivering an outstanding service. As an Operations Lead, you'll receive full training and support, with further opportunities to undertake additional higher education after one year in-post. Job Opportunity Key Responsibilities will include: • Provide effective leadership to all staff in SARC contracts in the South. • To manage the client relationship with senior client stakeholders – ensuring that the clients are satisfied with the service we provide and identifying opportunities to grow our service offerings through improving services. • To maintain a highly visible presence to staff, NHSE & Police, and patients. • To act as a role model – leading on developing and embedding quality standards – in line with MHL policy and our regulators. • To ensure that high quality, evidence based, patient focused care is provided to all patients. • To ensure all client and company KPIs are met and reported on as required. • To oversee the rotas – ensuring compliance with client KPIs • To promote cohesive working relationships between all staff including HCPs, FMEs and external stakeholders. Essential Skills Required: Previous management experience (leadership and management of teams) Robust skills in Microsoft office including Word, Excell, SharePoint, etc. Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children and adults. Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality. Experience of autonomous working. Whilst the position may be based from one location, additional travel will be a requirement of the role across SARC's, therefore a UK driving license is required for this role and access to a vehicle. Advanced DBS and level 2 Police vetting will be required. Knowledge of the Criminal Justice / Healthcare sector. Attention to Detail. Desirable Skills Required: Qualified Registered Nurse, Midwife, Paramedic. Phlebotomy skills. A minimum of 3 years relevant post Nurse, Midwife, Paramedic qualification experience.
