Celebrating our 53rd year in component distribution, we are delighted to be recruiting 2 more people to join our busy sales team.
Working from our offices in Wisbech we are looking for pro-active individuals who can stand out from the crowd.
This role requires someone who can work both independently and as part of a team. Working closely with our field-based sales team and all other supporting departments, our office-based Internal Account Managers are responsible for providing a high level of customer service, account development, and sales support to a dedicated, established customer base.
In addition, you will take pride in achieving results, react quickly to changing demands, and be capable of spotting and converting new opportunities. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Previous account management experience is not essential as training will be given, but it is expected that all applicants will display a high standard of numeracy, accuracy & diligence in their day-to-day work.
Although a knowledge of electronics is not necessary, excellent interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communications, including speaking to customers and colleagues on the telephone and over Teams, are a necessity, and a working knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
