Digital Content Assistant CONTRACT TYPE – Full time £24,465 – 25,500kpa The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. We are recruiting for a Digital Content Assistant within our Marketing department The Digital Content Assistant is responsible for providing website administrative support to the Marketing and Digital Team on the Club’s website, using our content management system (Sitecore). This role will encompass managing and actioning website change requests from teams across the business, ensuring content and formatting is in line with the Club’s brand. Daily duties and responsibilities will include: Carry out crucial content changes across our website e.g., updating copy as directed, build new web pages with content supplied, edit and upload images Format and present website content with a high attention to detail, ensuring for accuracy and highlighting any errors Communicate with stakeholders, managing tasks from start to finish, ensuring you understand and meet the customer’s needs Develop and create aesthetically pleasing content, using problem solving skills where original content needs enhancement Update and maintain the CMS, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and SEO-friendly Assist the SEO & Content team in optimising content to engage audiences and drive website traffic with a mobile first approach Monitor the Digital inbox on a daily basis, liaising with stakeholders to answer queries relating to website content We are looking for the following in applications: GCSE/Level 2 equivalent in English Proven track record of website administration Strong communication skills with a strong track record of utilising diverse communication channels, reaching diverse audiences Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisation skills to meet strict deadlines for website updates Basic understanding of HTML in terms of on-page formatting Proficient skills in all Microsoft Office packages The Camping and Caravanning Club is a fantastic place to work, with a supportive and dedicated team.
