Job Description: IFA Administrator
Location: North West England, Merseyside, St Helens
Salary: £28000 - £28000 per annum
Job Duties:
1. Assist Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) in administrative tasks
2. Prepare and process client documentation
3. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
5. Support IFAs in preparing financial reports and presentations
6. Coordinate appointments and manage calendars
7. Assist in marketing and client communication activities
Required Qualifications:
1. Excellent organisational and time management skills
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Understanding of financial products and services
2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry
3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Working Conditions:
Standard office hours, Monday to Friday
Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods
