Job Description
1. Leading a team of engineers to maximise productivity and improve processes.
2. Implementing safety measures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Maintaining equipment, scheduling repairs, and coordinating preventative maintenance.
4. Monitoring production output and adjusting schedules as needed.
5. Contributing to the development of budgets and monitoring expenditure.
6. Collaborating with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
7. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
8. Coordinating training and development for the engineering team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Supervisor should have:
1. Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Experience in leading a team within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
