The Role
Join a growing team of talented fee-earners in Winchester, Hampshire, as a Corporate Partner.
This department handles a diverse range of high-quality Corporate work, serving owner-managed businesses and creative and digital media companies. As part of the role, you'll manage and lead mid-market transactions.
In this role you will be dealing with: Corporate M&A, Joint ventures, Private Equity, Shareholder agreements and much more.
Requirements
1. Qualified Solicitor 8+years PQE
2. Previous experience managing corporate matters
3. FTE for a 10-month period
4. Ambition and drive for career progression
