Join our high-performing team as an Administrator in an Extra Care Setting, where you’ll play a vital role in providing
exceptional support to residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact, delivering a warm and professional reception service for residents, families, visitors, and
contractors.
* Handle inquiries, report repairs, maintain a repair log, and liaise with residents to ensure timely updates.
* Manage guest bedroom bookings and handle cash transactions where necessary.
* Maintain an efficient electronic filing and archiving system to ensure information is easily accessible and secure.
* Monitor office supplies and literature, ordering provisions as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
* Ensure office equipment is fully functional and well-maintained.
* Provide minute-taking for meetings and ensure accurate records are stored in centralised folders.
* Ensure all personal data is handled confidentially and in compliance with GDPR and company policies.
* Assist with the procurement of goods and collaborate with procurement and finance teams when required.
Skills & Experience:
* GCSE grade 4 and above education or equivalent relevant qualification, training or experience
* Experience of managing a busy reception
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn in-house systems
Interview Process:
Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based questions.
