If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you About the Role We are looking for a versatile and highly organised Office Administrator to support our Finance and Contracts teams with a range of reception, administrative, and compliance duties. Key Responsibilities Reception & Office Management Answer and direct telephone calls, taking messages when required. Welcome visitors, ensuring a professional first impression. Maintain office supplies, including stationery and kitchen essentials. Manage the photocopier and liaise with maintenance for servicing. Contracts & Health & Safety Administration Assist with method statements, O&M manuals, and H&S documentation. Ensure all subcontractors are compliant with training, insurance, and certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, etc.). Track and complete H&S assessments, including CHAS & Constructionline compliance. Book training sessions and secure funding from CITB. Conduct weekly fire alarm checks and maintain H&S compliance records. Finance & Warehouse Support Maintain the holiday calendar and record weekly timesheets. Input delivery notes into Cost of Sales. Support the Warehouse Manager with stock ordering. Arrange equipment checks and servicing. Assist the Finance Department with general administrative tasks, filing, and archiving. What We’re Looking For ✔ Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment. ✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. ✔ Confident in using Microsoft Word & Excel. ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔ Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads effectively. ✔ A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
