We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner (Level 4) to join our vibrant team committed to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where children can thrive and develop. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of early years professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate play-based learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child. This role requires a deep understanding of child development and early years education principles. You will be responsible for observing and assessing children’s progress, ensuring that each child reaches their developmental milestones, and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration.
Support children in their social and emotional development, promoting positive behavior.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Work as part of a team to ensure a cohesive approach to children's care and education.
Stay up-to-date with current early years practices and contribute to ongoing professional development.
Requirements
Level 4 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
Strong knowledge of child development and early years education principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £13.34
Location: Slough, Berkshire
