Registered Home Manager - Dementia & Elderly Care
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £50,000 per annum + 20% Bonus

Compass Associates are proud to partner with a valued client in recruiting for a Registered Manager for a medium-sized nursing home based in High Wycombe. This home specializes in dementia and elderly care.
We are seeking a dedicated, team-oriented leader who can effectively supervise and inspire both individuals and teams. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and have a deep understanding of the needs of elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
* Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
* Lead and nurture a team, ensuring continuous improvement in care standards.
* Be available for emergencies outside of normal working hours.
Requirements:
* Nurse Qualification or NVQ Level 5 (or higher) in care or relevant qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the care sector and regulatory frameworks for care homes.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience managing care homes with evidence of strong CQC compliance.
* Experience with electronic care systems - Essential
* At least 3 years of management experience in a care setting.
