Job Overview
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the company. You will provide strategic leadership, manage resources effectively, and ensure the company's success and growth.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives
- The CEO will provide strategic leadership for the organisation by working with the Board of Trustees and the management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. The CEO will be responsible for the overall success of the organisation, ensuring its financial health, operational efficiency, and mission alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Strategy:
o Develop and implement strategic plans that meet the organisation’s goals and objectives.
o Provide visionary and strategic leadership to the organisation.
o Communicate effectively with the Board of Trustees, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
* Operational Management:
o Oversee the daily operations of the organisation.
o Ensure the organisation’s activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
o Manage the management team and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
o Oversee the development of the youth and community Hub buildings.
o Lead and manage the youth and community offer.
* Financial Oversight:
o Develop and manage the organisation’s budget.
o Ensure the financial health of the organisation through sound fiscal management.
o Identify and secure funding sources, including grants, donations, and partnerships.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
o Represent the organisation at public events, conferences, and in the media.
o Advocate for the organisation’s mission and programs.
* Program Development and Implementation:
o Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that align with the organisation’s mission.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make improvements as necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in managing financial operations and resources.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
