Pin Point Recruitment are looking for an Account Director – Health & Beauty to join a leading visual communication specialist based in Bishop's Stortford.
The business is a dynamic multi-channel marketing services to brands and retailers. They are invested in understanding the complex and dynamic challenges facing brands and retailers, and their services are specifically designed to navigate this complexity and boost competitiveness across multiple markets and languages.
They operate across 5 manufacturing sites in the UK and Ireland, providing in-house creative design, POS print, signage, warehousing, underpinned by their proprietary technology platform.
As the Account Director, you will oversee and strategically grow a portfolio of Health & Beauty clients, driving success through innovative marketing campaigns and POS activations (temporary, permanent, and semi-permanent displays).
If you have expertise in taking clients’ briefs and a solid understanding of 3D POS print and production processes, then this could be the role for you.
Account Director – Health & Beauty Job Role:
1. Ownership and delivery of agreed financial targets and operational services
2. Timely, insightful and accurate forecast & sales reporting
3. Strategically develop key client relationships, including senior stakeholders
4. Development and execution of client Account Development Plans (ADPs)
5. Leadership, motivation and development of the account team
6. Managing and delivering projects from initial brief through to final completion, within budget and deadline and to the highest standard
7. Taking briefs on key projects and leading small teams to deliver on client requirements
8. Actively driving the growth of your accounts, having visibility of the client’s budgets and performance
9. Timely and accurate forecasting of revenues in all clients
10. Maintain a close overview of all activities being managed by the account team, with a particular focus on the quality of internal briefing and the successful delivery of key campaigns
11. Ensure the account team operates to the commercial framework of the clients
12. Chairing quarterly & annual reviews including agreed Continuous Improvement Initiatives
13. Reporting on the delivering of services with the use of KPI’s and SLA’s
14. Ensure that clients are aware of our capabilities, strengths and have visited key sites
15. Management of the personal development of the team members, through appraisals, one-to-one meetings, mentoring, succession planning and coaching
Account Director – Health & Beauty Skills Required:
1. 10 years+ account management experience, working directly with brands and retailers on creative solutions linked to the printed production of semi-permanent POS
2. Have previously specialised within the health & beauty sector
3. Inspirational team leader with ability to motivate and get the best out of others
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships internally and externally
5. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet client and business needs
6. Commercially astute, understands how to drive revenue and profit
7. Excellent understanding of print production process for 3D printed point of sale
8. A ‘can do’ attitude always focused on getting the job done to the highest standards possible
9. Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining great attention to detail
10. Good IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
11. Provide clear directions and objectives in a concise manner
