At Warmer Energy Solutions Ltd, we are committed to delivering the highest standards in renewable energy installations. Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on-site across multiple projects.
Carry out desk top surveys on mechanical installations to ensure high quality & compliance standards
Ensure installations comply with mechanical drawings, schematics, and relevant industry regulations.
Act as a point of contact between site operatives, subcontractors & project managers.
Conduct quality checks, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and renewable systems.
Maintain site health & safety standards, including toolbox talks and risk assessments.
Assist in planning project timelines and resource allocation.
Maintain site records, daily logs, and project documentation.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or Heating & Ventilation.
Proven experience supervising mechanical or renewable energy installations.
SMSTS or SSSTS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Valid CSCS card
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience working with MCS-accredited installations.
Certification in heat pump or solar PV installation (e.g. Experience with retrofit and domestic energy efficiency schemes (e.g. Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
