This position is a 48 week year in industry placement for under-graduates who are undertaking a relevant degree course and seeking a year-in-industry placement as part of their degree. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES To provide technical support for commercial vehicle fuel injectors for common rail technology through practical and theoretical support of engineering processes and systems including, hydraulics, manufacturing processes etc. Development of test equipment and instrumentation. Run and develop performance test procedures. Inspection of components from warranty, customer testing or internal testing. Interpretation of test data, synthesis of results & reporting Problem solving through methodical approach and innovative techniques. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and process documentation. Contribute towards continuous improvement. Ensure a safe working environment with full compliance to relevant legislation.
