Payroll Administrator (Temporary)
Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Creating and maintaining employees' payroll records
Calculating wages and deductions
Preparing payroll reports for management
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information
Providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll issuesProfile
A successful Payroll Administrator (Temporary) should have:
A strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
be available to start in January 2025
live locally and be a driver (as the office is hard to reach via public transport)
Excellent attention to detail
Good numerical skills
Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
