A leading provider of national and international fixed line, mobile data and broadband services as well as data centre and enterprise solutions to consumer and corporate customers is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager. Based in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man, and reporting directly to the Marketing Lead – Brands & Products, the successful candidate will lead the digital marketing strategy, driving online traffic and sales growth and increasing brand awareness. Have a deep understanding of digital marketing, with the ability to create and manage multi-channel campaigns and take a data-driven approach to optimisation. Develop and implement consumer digital marketing strategies that align to the business and commercial objectives across the three island markets. Day-to-day management of the three consumer websites, including the creation and maintenance of new and existing pages, management of website development tasks and continuous optimisation of customer online journeys. Oversee the management and optimisation of paid and organic digital channels. Collaborate with marketing managers to bring campaigns to life across relevant digital channels. Provide support and expertise on wider business digital projects. Handle digital agency management including retainers, performance reviews and day-to-day management. Analyse performance data and propose any changes to the relevant stakeholders. Regularly communicate web and digital performance with the wider teams. In addition, the understanding of and complying with applicable rules, regulations and legislations is required. To be suitable for this role, you will hold a satisfactory Basic Police Disclosure. Have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, channels and best practices. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise. Able to create digital reports and share insights and recommendations. Proven track record in digital marketing, measurement and development. Highly developed organizational skills including clear examples of project management. Further highly desirable attributes include digital copywriting, UI and UX experience, SEO and SEM knowledge and expertise, proficiency with Google Analytics, Dynamics 365 and Jira, experience of the telecoms sector and of managing third parties and suppliers.
