Position: Client Care Specialist
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
About the Role
As a Client Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support our existing business clients in navigating and purchasing our cyber security solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure they receive the best possible service while helping them identify additional products that meet their evolving security needs. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to our continued success in sales and client retention.
Building and maintaining strong relationships is at the heart of this position, and you will have numerous opportunities to grow your skills in sales, client management, and cyber security through ongoing professional development supported by our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with the sales team to manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance clients' cyber security frameworks.
* Providing product information, demonstrations, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Assisting clients with contract renewals and ensuring a smooth sales process.
* Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide post-sale support.
* Tracking client interactions and sales opportunities using CRM tools.
