A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an experienced Interim Head of People Business Partnering to join immediately, for a 12 month fixed-term contract. The role is based in London with hybrid working. Client Details Not for profit organisation Unionised Environment London based Description A Interim Head of People Business Partnering to: - Provide strong leadership to the Business Partnering team, providing continuous performance development and high performance - Provide expertise in employee relations, change management, and employee engagement - Ensure HR initiatives - Shape and deliver the organisations HR strategy - Support the transition of the HR function into a full business partner model - Support the organisation through a huge transition period - Support on workforce planning and talent management initiatives - Provide OD activities, including leadership development, engagement and team management - Provide strong expertise on employee relation issues Profile A Interim Head of People Business Partnering with: - Previous not-for-profit experience desirable - Previous experience working in a unionised environment essential - Previous management of an a business partnering team - Strong knowledge to manage employee relation casework and support an organisation through a transition phase - Immediately Available Job Offer Interim Head of People Business Partnering 12 month FTC Immediate Start Based in London, hybrid working Salary being confirmed but initially around £70-100k per annum
