Department The Department of Psychology and the Department of Biology is looking to recruit a Student Services Administrator to support a strong Professional & Support Staff Team working across two Departments. You will support not only a large academic community, but a vibrant and diverse student body. Role We are seeking an Administrator with a passion for delivering the highest quality service to students and staff. You will work with a team of other Student Services Administrators to provide the day-to-day operational tasks that support the student lifecycle from pre-entry to graduation (UG, PGT, PGR). This is a demanding and varied role and involves extensive contact and communications with both staff and students and so a polite and helpful attitude is essential. The ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy, with high levels of concentration and attention to detail is key to this role. Skills, Experience & Qualification needed Thorough knowledge of administrative procedures and processes used in a busy office within a large complex organisation. Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats. Use digital technologies including Google applications and/or Microsoft Office. Works collaboratively with others.
