Consumer Product Manager (Permanent, Full Time)
Are you passionate about creating customer-focused products that drive growth? We’re looking for a Consumer Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and performance of our B2C product portfolio. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of broadband services across Hull, East Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, and North Yorkshire—ensuring our products deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Salary – Up to £54,600 dependent on experience
Location – Carr Lane, Hull, with hybrid working opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end management of new and existing consumer products, driving sales, margin, and performance.
* Monitor market trends to develop compelling product offerings that enhance customer outcomes.
* Deliver the product roadmap on time and within budget, ensuring all initiatives align with business goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure successful product launches.
* Maintain documentation and meet regulatory obligations for all consumer products.
* Track and analyse key performance indicators, including ARPU, churn, and customer feedback, to optimise product success.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in product management, ideally within the telecoms or technology sector. A strong commercial awareness is important, along with the ability to build business cases and analyse market data to identify new opportunities.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, self-managed approach will help you thrive in this role. If you’re passionate about creating customer-centric products and driving success, we’d love to hear from you!
