Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: North Leicester
Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year, plus bonus, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities as the Customer Service Manager
- Keep our customer service and sales team running smoothly every day to deliver excellent service.
- Managing efficient order processing, lead times, and delivery expectations keeping the customer front of mind at all times.
- Managing the customer service and internal sales inboxes within the designated turnaround time. Making sure CRM records are up to date and actioned accordingly.
- Lead, coach and inspire our customer service and internal sales teams.
- Take responsibility for departments processes and procedures and liaise with Management teams to make continual improvements.
- Monitor team performance and create reporting procedure to senior management.
