Our Client, a highly specialised engineering company, is looking to add to their technical team by appointing a Service Manager with knowledge of automated equipment in high volume engineering.
To be considered for the role of Service Manager you will need:
1. Proven service experience within an automated manufacturing environment (e.g. Disamatic Moulding, CNC Machines, Packaging Machinery, Automated Metrology, Conveyor Systems, Robotic Welding, or similar)
2. Experience managing a team of service engineers
3. Experience in adding value to a business (e.g. competitor benchmarking, identifying gaps in the market, upskilling your team and so forth)
In return for fulfilling the role of Service Manager, my client can offer a generous salary of up to £45,000 p/a. Perhaps more important is the opportunity to join a growing business with lots of future progression in a key strategic role.
