Broker Development Business Development Manager
MERJE is seeking a dynamic Broker Development BDM for a leading insurance claims s provider. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through developing relationships with insurance brokers and referral partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive insurance industry experience and exceptional communication skills.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus commission

The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Broker Development BDM:
Develop and expand relationships with insurance brokers to generate high-quality claim leads
Achieve KPI and revenue goals across company-owned and franchise territories
Coach and train new franchise partners to enhance sales strategies
Generate leads through various channels, including face-to-face meetings and industry events
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly FCA rules
Required knowledge and experience for the Broker Development BDM role:
3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Proven expertise in the insurance sector, particularly in broker relationships
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets
Adaptability to handle various tasks in a dynamic environment
