Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a charitable institution in the Edgbaston area of Birmingham. They are looking for a Part Time Finance Administrator for the next 6 months or so.
The role of the Finance Administrator will be to support the Finance Manager with administration tasks to ensure the day to day and month end procedures are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
Duties include:
Raising sales invoices
Purchase Ledger - including statement reconciliations, processing supplier
invoices and generating supplier payments
Record bank and credit card transactions within Sage200
Banking
Update internal excel spreadsheets and logs
Collate KPIs
Assist the Finance Manager with month end tasks and reporting
The candidate:
Proven experience in a finance/accountancy role
Exposure to bank reconciliations and ledger work
Sage experience is desirable
Strong attention to detail
Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
