Home Instead Leek & Moorlands are a leading domiciliary care provider, providing a range of services to individuals who are 18+, allowing them to live in their own homes for longer and maintain their independence.
We are currently recruiting for someone to join our team as a Client Services Manager to be responsible for the full client experience, from onboarding new clients to ensuring existing clients are receiving the best service.
This role will be carried out on a full-time basis at our Leek office, working Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm with occasional out of hours working required (pay provided for this). You will additionally be part of the on-call rota, for which you will be paid in addition to your base salary.
Your responsibilities:
1. Management of clients and responsibility for their ongoing care and support with a focus on person-centred care.
2. Provide line management to the Care Quality Team.
3. Carry out Care Professional appraisals, one-to-one supervision, return-to-work meetings, support visits and competency assessments.
4. Undertake consultation to new clients, complete assessments and complete all new client’s paperwork as required.
5. Create, update and audit client care plans, activity logs and MARS and assist with digital care planning.
6. Maintain accurate client records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
7. Conduct Client and Care Professional introductions.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
9. Carry out client reviews and action accordingly.
10. Deputise for the Registered Care Manager.
Who We're Looking For:
1. A track record within the care sector and experience with similar duties.
2. Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
4. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
5. The ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism.
6. Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms with the aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and software where appropriate.
7. Comfortable driving around the Leek & Moorlands area for various visits.
8. Being a driver with access to a car is essential. Please note Business Class One insurance will be required.
