About the Role
We are seeking an aspiring educational psychologist to join our forward-thinking primary school in Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students' learning and development, particularly those with special educational needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a psychology graduate looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals, and possess a deep understanding of child development and psychological theories.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teachers and other staff members in identifying and addressing the needs of students with special educational needs.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes and promote inclusive learning environments.
* Working closely with parents and carers to provide guidance and support on how to help their children at home.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEN.
Salary Information
£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
