This is an opportunity for a highly organised Chef to manage their kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef. You will manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high end banqueting, conference and events, BBQ's, buffett lunches and VIP events. You will need to be an organised chef who can run the banqueting kitchen so will need good management skills.
