As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of students across various age groups. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities. Provide individual or small group support for students, helping them with their learning needs. Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment. Help prepare and organize learning materials and resources. Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers. Foster an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported. Assist with any other duties as required by the teaching team. About You: A strong interest in education and a desire to support students’ academic and social development. Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not required—training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. A patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
