Job summary subject to job matching An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Dietetic Support Worker to join our Integrated Nutrition and Dietetic service at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. This is based in our community team at Kingsgate House. The team comprises of an Integrated Nutrition and Dietetic Service Lead, Team leader, band 7, band 6 dietitians, Dietetic Support Worker and Secretary. We are integrated service with the Acute dietetic service at Stepping Hill Hospital and patient education colleagues. The role will be focused on providing a high standard of dietetic care to community patients requiring nutritional support. There will be opportunities working alongside dietitians in their specialist areas. As a Support Worker you will be required to complete the Care Certificate programme. Professional development is encouraged through supervision, appraisal, mandatory training and CPD activities. Supervision is provided by senior clinical staff. You will require to have access to a vehicle which can be used for work purposes or will be able to travel as required to meet the needs of the service.
