* The applicant shall receive telephone calls, greet visitors, ascertain the nature of the call or visit, and direct customers to the appropriate program manager in the A&FRC.
* The applicant shall input data and resources in AFFIRST and other government systems.
* The applicant shall enter/update personnel forms to include the e-Form 2648, Service Member Pre-Separation/Transitioning Counseling and Career Readiness Standards for Service Members Separating, Retiring, or Released from Active Duty.
* The applicant shall be responsible for reference library check-out procedures and shall ensure items are tracked and returned.
* The applicant shall maintain the appearance of the Discovery Resource Center. The Contractor will align chairs, keyboards, materials, publications, and resources daily.
* The applicant shall input and maintain the accuracy of data and resources in the AFFIRST system.
* The applicant shall input and keep current information on service organizations and make appropriate referrals to both on and off-base agencies.
Education/Qualification:
* The applicant shall have a minimum of at least 2 years of related experience in a data entry environment.
* The applicant shall be able to get and maintain CAC network computer access.
