Successful candidate will provide efficient, effective, and comprehensive administrative support for ward 21 and PAU.
If you have excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator and have a strong desire to provide an efficient, effective, and comprehensive administrative support for the department of surgery then this is the post for you.
Duties will include updating patient management systems, answering calls and greeting patients/relatives, preparing notes and supporting the nursing team with all aspects of ward administration such as record keeping, data entry, filing and scanning.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with all staff members and patients and have a high level of attention to detail.

Walsall Manor houses the full range of district general hospital services under one roof. The £170 million development was completed in 2010 and the continued upgrading of existing areas ensures the Trust now has a state-of-the-art Critical Care Unit, Neonatal Unit, Obstetric Theatre, and Integrated Assessment Unit facilities. Work is also now complete on our multi-million pound new Urgent and Emergency Care Centre which houses a new Emergency Department (including Children’s Emergency Department), co-located Pediatric Assessment Unit.
