JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative and customer focused Multi-Property Sales Manager on a fixed term contract until February 2025 for two of our amazing properties in the heart of London:
1. London Marriott Hotel Kensington
2. London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch
The Multi-Property Sales Manager is responsible for managing the relationship of assigned key accounts and generating new business within the designated hotels. The primary intent is to drive sales for the two properties across all business segments. Proactively manages relationships with multiple stakeholders. Works in-conjunction with stakeholder hotels to ensure sales account revenue targets are achieved.
The impact you’ll make
As a Multi-Property Sales Manager, you will be responsible for actively seeking and managing sales opportunities. Your role will involve ensuring smooth and timely turnover of business for seamless service delivery. You will also play a key role in building long-term, value-based relationships with customers, enabling the achievement of sales objectives and personal sales goals.
Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities
3. You will collaborate closely with off-property sales partners to ensure synchronised and matching sales efforts.
4. By strengthening relationships with both existing and potential customers, you will create opportunities for future bookings.
5. This will involve various activities such as sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
6. Additionally, you will develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base for increased sales opportunities.
7. Managing and cultivation relationships with key internal and external stakeholders will also be a part of your responsibilities.
Managing Sales Activities
8. Working alongside the sales team, you will participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close deals.
9. You will also provide support in performing the operational aspects of booked business, such as generating sales proposals, writing contracts, and corresponding with customers.
Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue
10. To achieve personal and revenue goals, you will identify new business opportunities and ensure continuation of the existing, key partnerships.
11. By staying informed about market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, economic factors, and supply and demand dynamics, you will develop effective strategies to sell against competition. You will close the best opportunities based on market conditions and customer needs, keeping in mind long term cooperation and enterprise.
12. You will identify the primary target customer and their service expectations to offer tailored business solutions and to maximise revenue prospects.

14. You will support the company's service and relationship strategy, promoting customer loyalty and excellence throughout each customer experience.
