Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Service Executive located in Sidcup. The Sales & Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and overseeing customer service management. Additional tasks include handling sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the development of customer service strategies.

* Customer Service and Customer Service Management
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
* Experience in the horticulture or garden maintenance (and any other service)industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
