Doing The Right Thing We have a new opportunity for someone to join our Water Recycling Operations (WRO) team to use their expertise in creating a high performing business team and deliver extensive business efficiencies across programmes of work, reducing waste and cost and delivering enhancements to our processes. You will be part of the WRO Senior Leadership Team and will be accountable for the development and delivery of an improvement strategy which takes our ambitious Directorate to an industry leading position in relation to environmental enhancement, value for money and customer service. You will work alongside other senior leadership teams, partnering with our specialists and using external benchmarking to create strong business cases and lead our change programmes. The breadth of opportunity cuts across process, asset optimisation and new innovations, productivity and quality, and will require strong focus on adoption through engagement and performance frameworks. You will be part of a cross business community providing leadership, collaboration and input whilst working with specialists across our business. You will be a role model for innovation, collaboration and curiosity across the leadership team, bringing your energy and critical thinking to our teams and forums. What does it take to be Head of Business Improvement and Optimisation?
