Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Norfolk with some felxi and hybrid working

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will develop and implement our product strategy, grow our business with new and existing customers, and manage a budget of approximately £10 million.
You will focus on sustainable and profitable growth and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies - predominantly with current customers
Manage and grow customer relationships
Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
Manage a budget of around £10 million
Work with clients on product development and new solutions
Oversee customer fulfillment
Provide technical support to customersThe Candidate:
Proven track record of developing sales in B2B manufacturing and FMCG sectors
Experience working with manufacturing sites
Ambitious approach to customer relationships
Ability to grow business with existing customers and develop new collaborations
Product management experience advatagous
High energy and a proactive approach
