Location: Office Base is UK. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working with an expectation of attending a BBC office 2 – 3 days per week.

Job Introduction
Working as part of a Business team you will work with the Business Advisor to offer business support to a number of (2) Senior Heads of Content Production in BBC Local.
Main Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Business Advisor (BBC Local) you will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive Senior Leader Business Support model and activity in BBC Local and Business & Operations.
* This includes compiling board papers, data analytics, project support, calendar, diary and Inbox management and all associated administrative tasks in the coordination of business activity.
* You will support the management of internal and external stakeholders as required.
* You will ensure that all policy, workflow and process is compliant with legislation and BBC Policy.
* You will contribute to a variety of projects to deliver against agreed timelines.
Are you the right candidate?
* Experience of providing the business with administration and management assistance to an environment of similar complexity.
* Demonstrable experience of maintaining constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Basic analytical skills, with experience of providing and interpreting data and reports.
* High levels of attention to detail and practical experience of gathering, analysing and collating complex and confidential information.
* Project support skills with an ability to contribute to the organisational effectiveness and support a culture of continuous improvement.
* Strong computer skills with strong experience of office software packages (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Ability to work with limited supervision, using own initiative to resolve most problems.
