Sozio UK is seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Director to lead and manage its sales team of 5 commercial executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the strategic alignment of sales operations with the company’s overall goals. Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Sozio UK, aligning with global business objectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market developments.
• Ensure seamless communication between the UK office and Sozio’s global teams.
• Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.
Monitor pricing strategies and ensure profitability in all sales activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the fragrance or FMCG industries.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
