The Delegations Co-ordination Executive will be pivotal to the continued delivery of a high-quality delegations meeting programmes for the Farnborough International event portfolio. This full-time role will require flexibility, ability to be agile, proactive thinker in face paced environments. Due to the international nature of the business, there is a requirement for some travel within UK (especially London) and overseas. Primary to this role will be the management of data relating to UK and International senior government officials, ensuring all information is kept up to date and seeking new information as key strategic targets are developed. Ability to analyse and provide information and statistics on attendees in relation to delegations programme. Templates and delegation invitation process ensuring the smooth invitation management across all FIL events and receptions in conjunction with the Events team (Speaker invites). Working with the Assistant Director Delegations & Government relations and the External Relations Advisor, the candidate will be required to liaise with temporary support staff and with all departments within ADS, especially the External Affairs team and key departments within FIL for co-ordination such as Events, Operations and Marketing. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, IT/database management skills, presentation development and process management skills and project support skills. The ability to liaise and work with personnel at a very senior level is important.
